Claire established Neuroinclusion with a vision of creating a genuinely neuro-affirming practice where neurodivergent individuals and their families feel understood, respected, and supported. As an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience working across a variety of settings, Claire is passionate about empowering people to thrive in ways that honour their unique strengths, interests, and needs.

Driven by a commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and evidence-informed practice, Claire has built Neuroinclusion around the belief that every individual deserves support that is compassionate, personalised, and grounded in acceptance. Her leadership continues to shape the culture of the organisation, fostering a team dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people and communities they serve.

I am a neurodivergent mum, OT and person dedicated to providing the support that our neurodiverse community needs to thrive.

I have over 10 years of OT experience and I love learning, research and co-regulating. I'm currently completing my postgrad in clinical leadership at Curtin University and am a lecturer at Notre Dame University.

Leadership and Administration

Our Leadership and Administration team play an important role in supporting clients and families throughout their journey with Neuroinclusion.
The Client Care Manager is often the first point of contact, helping families navigate enquiries, bookings, and onboarding, while ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported. The Practice Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice and works closely with both clients and clinicians to ensure services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

As Practice Manager at Neuroinclusion, I bring extensive allied health practice management experience alongside my lived experience as a late-diagnosed neurodivergent parent raising several AuDHD children. With more than 20 years of combined experience across administration, business management, and operational leadership, I am passionate about building neuro-affirming, accessible systems that enhance the experience of both clients and teams.

I hold qualifications in Business Administration and Legal Studies and am currently completing studies in Counselling, with a particular interest in peer support pathways, focusing on the mental health and wellbeing of our neurodivergent young people.

My work is guided by a strong commitment to advocacy, inclusion, and continuous service improvement that creates meaningful and lasting impact.

Based at our Success Clinic

I'm a mum of three teenagers and two much-loved mini dachshunds who keep life busy and entertaining. With a background in Travel Administration, I bring strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for helping clients access the support they need from our Occupational Therapists. I enjoy being part of each client's journey and helping create a

positive, welcoming experience from their very first contact with Neuroinclusion.
Outside of work, you'll often find me baking biscuits, making homemade sausage rolls, or spending time with family and friends. I have a special love for animals, particularly birds, and owls have always been my favourite thanks to their intelligence, beauty, and unique personalities.

I’m a neurodivergent nonbinary Occupational Therapist currently completing my PhD. I’m passionate about supporting people of all ages to engage in daily activities that are meaningful, accessible, and aligned with their values and identity. I bring both lived and professional experience to my work, which informs a neuro-affirming

and strengths-based approach to client care and education. Alongside my clinical practice, I also provide training and support to health professionals, with a particular focus on LGBTQIA2S+ inclusion, culturally safe practice, and improving the quality of care for diverse communities.

develop practical strategies, and celebrate each person's unique way of experiencing the world. As a neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. I understand the importance of feeling understood, accepted, and supported, and I strive to create a warm, safe environment where children and families feel empowered to be themselves. I particularly enjoy helping families better understand their child's needs, strengths, and preferences, and supporting them to navigate challenges with confidence.

I believe that self-understanding is a powerful foundation for growth, confidence, and wellbeing, and I enjoy supporting clients to develop practical tools that help them navigate everyday life in ways that feel authentic and meaningful to them.

I am a neurodivergent (late diagnosed AuDHD) OT, with over 15 years’ experience in private practice. I have recently worked in the not-for-profit sector and have previously lectured for undergraduate OTs in 2013-2015. I bring my lived-experience, clinical experience, and passion for ongoing learning in my OT work. My special interests are on trauma-informed approaches,

neurodiversity-affirming care, neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory, and I hold a Basic DIRFloortime© Certificate. I am currently enrolled in postgraduate studies on Child and Adolescent Mental Health

achieve their goals and create positive, lasting change in their lives. Outside of work and study, you'll find me at the gym, practising yoga, meditating, or enjoying time at the beach. I value balance, personal growth, and bringing a positive, person-centred approach to everything I do.
