What are the scheduled days of closure for the business that I'm unable to access support?

During December and January, we always have a two-week shut down period for our team to make a well-deserved break to refresh and spend time with our loved ones.

The dates for this are:

• 20th of December, 2025 to 3rd of January, 2026

• 21st of December, 2026 to 3rd of January, 2027

• 20th of December, 2027 to 3rd of January, 2028

Perth public holidays are also not available for therapy or consulting sessions with our team. If you have a public holiday in your state that is not in WA, you are required to inform your client manager or therapist that you wish not to attend the session with at least 48 hours notice, as per our cancellation policy in our service agreement.​​
