Hiring: Speech Pathologist (any level)

About the role

As a Speech Pathologist at Neuroinclusion, you will provide individualised assessment and intervention to clients across the lifespan.

You may work with clients experiencing a range of communication and participation needs, including:

Expressive and receptive language differences
Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)
Social communication and interaction
Speech and motor speech differences
Literacy and communication
Communication related to Autism and ADHD
Selective or situational communication
Communication and self-advocacy
Eating and drinking where within your scope of practice
Functional communication across home, school, work and community environments

You will have the opportunity to work online, in our Success clinic, or through a combination of both, depending on your preferences and client needs.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who:

Is eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
Has a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practice
Is comfortable supporting clients across different ages and presentations
Values autonomy, consent and client-led goals
Can think critically about traditional therapeutic approaches
Is confident working collaboratively with families, support networks and other professionals
Is committed to ongoing professional development
Can work independently while also being an active member of a multidisciplinary team
Is reflective, curious and open to learning
Experience working with neurodivergent children, adolescents or adults is highly valued, but we are also interested in clinicians who are passionate about developing their neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Hiring: Occupational Therapist (any level)

About the role

We are looking for Occupational Therapists at all levels of experience to join our team at our Success clinic in Perth, Western Australia. Whether you're a new graduate, early-career clinician, experienced Occupational Therapist or senior clinician, we'd love to hear from you.

At Neuroinclusion, you'll work with children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of neurodevelopmental, mental health, functional and participation needs. You'll have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills while working within a team that values curiosity, collaboration and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Your role may include:

Completing occupational therapy assessments across a range of functional areas
Developing individualised, evidence-informed intervention
Supporting clients with sensory processing, emotional regulation, executive functioning, daily living, participation and independence
Working with clients and their support networks to identify meaningful goals
Supporting participation across home, school, work and community environments
Completing functional and capacity assessments where appropriate to your level of experience
Developing practical recommendations and strategies that can be implemented in everyday environments
Collaborating with families, educators, support workers and other health professionals
Providing therapy in our Success clinic, with opportunities for community or other service delivery where clinically appropriate
Building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, autonomy and respect
Maintaining high-quality clinical documentation and professional standards
Participating in supervision, professional development and multidisciplinary collaboration

For experienced and senior clinicians, there are also opportunities to contribute to clinical leadership, supervision, mentoring, service development, professional education and the continued development of neurodiversity-affirming practice at Neuroinclusion.

We're looking for Occupational Therapists who are curious, compassionate and committed to doing things differently. You don't need to know everything. We value clinicians who are willing to learn, reflect and ask questions just as much as clinicians who bring extensive experience.
